1. Who processes the data

The data controller is “BIGIT” LLC (“we”, “BIGIT”), registered in the Republic of Armenia on 24 September 2026, tax ID (TIN) 05572089, registration number 999.110.1612791, address: Republic of Armenia, Shirak Province, Amasia, Voghji village, 7th street, house 21, 2707. We process data under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” (HO-49-N of 18 May 2015).

2. What data we collect

Request form on the site: name, phone, Telegram handle or email, what your business does, a description of the task, and the calculator selection and estimate if you used it.

Telegram bot @BIGITam_bot: your Telegram name and handle, phone number if you shared it, and your answers to the bot’s questions about your business.

Technical data at the time of the request: IP address, browser type, the page the request came from and advertising tags (UTM). They help us tell people from automated requests and understand which source a request came from.

Google Ads and Meta advertising cookies are set only after you press “Accept” in the banner. Without consent there are none.

The “Watch what happens to a lead” demonstration on the home page is a sandbox: whatever you type there stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere.

3. Why we need it

To answer your request, review the task and prepare a price estimate.

To sign and perform a contract if we agree to work together.

To understand where requests come from, so advertising money is not wasted.

To protect the site and the bot from spam and automated requests.

4. Legal basis

Your consent: the “I agree to the processing of my data” checkbox in the request form, or pressing the bot button next to the note that your name and number will be passed to a manager. The form does not submit without consent.

After a contract is signed — performance of that contract.

You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 7). Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

5. Who sees the data and where it goes

Inside the company, requests are accessed by our employees and contractors who work with them in our internal CRM system, to the extent needed to handle your request.

So that a manager sees the request immediately, a notification goes to a working group in Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Messenger Inc.). A copy of the request is stored in our tracking sheet in Google Sheets (Google LLC).

The site and our CRM are hosted by Vercel Inc. and Supabase Inc. on servers in the European Union. This means data is transferred outside the Republic of Armenia. We transfer it only for the purposes listed above, only to the extent of the request, and under the protections these providers guarantee.

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes, including advertising networks. Data is disclosed to state bodies only where the law expressly requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Request data — while we work on it and for three years after the last contact: that is what accounting and possible questions about completed work require. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

Technical site logs — no longer than 30 days.

If you ask us to delete data earlier, we do so within the period in section 7, except what we must keep by law (for example, accounting documents under a contract).

7. Your rights

You may find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent or object to processing.

Write to bigitsupport@gmail.com or to a manager in Telegram, stating the name and contact used in the request. We reply within 10 business days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may apply to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

8. Cookies

The site works without cookies. Google Ads and Meta advertising cookies are set only after your consent in the banner: they help us see which ads bring clients. Pressing “Decline” costs you nothing: the site, the calculator and the form work fully.

To change your choice, clear the site data in your browser settings: the banner will appear again.

9. How we protect the data

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the CRM is by personal passwords with roles and a second sign-in step. Keys and passwords are not stored in the site code. The form and the bot are protected against automated requests and origin spoofing.

10. Children

The site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16; if such data reached us by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the current version and its date are always published on this page. Material changes do not apply retroactively.
